Digital pay station - Web-based cashless payment
In some of our parking garages in Frankfurt, customers no longer need to visit the pay station after parking, but can conveniently pay the parking fee via smartphone.
No additional app or registration is required for this.
To complete the parking process, simply scan the QR code on the digital pay station with your smartphone. This redirects the user to a website. Enter your license plate number there and pay with just a few clicks. When exiting, the license plate is recognized and customers can conveniently exit using the license plate as a parking medium.
After a successful pilot in the Goetheplatz parking garage, the payment option will be extended to all parking garages and underground garages with the "license plate as parking medium" function.

INFORMATION ON DATA PROCESSING
In accordance with the German Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO), the data of your license plate is automatically coded during the registration process and immediately deleted when you leave the parking garage. To comply with the DSGVO, we are subject to the supervision of the data protection authority of the state of Hesse.
